I have the honour to have taught their squire, Simon, clog dancing, when he "were nobbut a lad". My husband is the bagman of White Rose Morris, yet another legendary side, which, contrary to current trends, can boast a squire of 23, and six other dancers under the age of 25! He (the bagman) suggests that to make a Yorkshire Beer festival perfect you should have a Yorkshire morris team (actually, you should also have Black Dyke brass band, with whom we also have contacts, except that they are not allowed to drink whilst on duty), and he would be more than happy to suggest to White Rose that they join their esteemed terpsichorian friends for weekends of fraternal Yorkshire ale tasting at your establishment.
